Dear Mrs Wright
IN THE MATTER OF FREDERICK ANDREWS - 1978 No 516
Renovation work at 4 Norwood Gardens
I refer to your list of complaints of 4 November 1989 a copy of which has been passed to Mr Nelson, Surveyor, who is overseeing the work for information.
As the work is undertaken on a fixed price contract, you need have no fear that remedial work, if any is deemed necessary, will involve Freddie in additional expense.
Such, however, is not the case if you delibertately [Should obviously read "deliberately"] obstruct the expeditious completion of the scheduled work. I remind you again that you have no legal right to exclude from Freddie's house workmen engaged to undertake works authorized by the Court.
DEIRDRE S BOWERS (Mrs)
[I have a moral right to protect Freddie's interest - There is a lot of remedial work to be done - who is going to be responsible for payment? The Official Solicitor is responsible for the disgraceful workmanship. Did they get tenders? Can we see them?]
