Letter from Brice Dickson CAJ to Martin O'Brien CAJ dated 27/8/1990.

Dear Martin,

It is impossible to make sense of Mrs Wright's allegations in the absence of further documentation. Failing that, I would be inclined to stick by Mr. Simpson's point in his letter of 14.5.90. This is certainly a matter for solicitors, not for the CAJ.

Mrs. Wright has already tried solicitors and barristers but is still dissatisfied, she should write detailed letters of complaint to the Law Society and Bar Council (keeping copies) and send a copy of the former to the Lay Observer. [See my book, Appendix 2, for addresses. Bar Council is at Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 3JX].

Yrs.

Brice.
