Dear Mrs Douglas,
IN THE MATTER OF FREDERICK ANDREWS
Since writing my letter to you of yesterday's date I have had a further discussion with the Judge during which I reported to him upon the recent correspondence in which you have expressed continuing dissatisfaction with the conclusions reached so far in the review of the Patient's affairs.
It is clear that every effort should be made to achieve finality at the adjourned hearing which has been re-listed before the Judge on Friday 9 May next at 2.00 pm.
Accordingly I have been directed to inform you that you will have a further opportunity at the next hearing to address the Court upon any issue which you may wish to raise. Please write to me not later than Friday 2 May indicating what points, if any, you wish to address to the Judge so that I may advise him of your concern in good time before the sitting.
