Dear Mrs. Wright,
IN THE MATTER OF FREDERICK ANDREWS - 1978 No. 516
Your letter of 29 January 1989 addressed to the Prime Minister has been referred to this Office, with the enclosures, for consideration and reply.
I understand that you have already received a full reply from the Legal Secretary to the Lord Chief Justice, by letter dated 3 February 1989, to questions which you have raised following the recent trial at Belfast Crown Court of Mr Herbert Wright.
Your own solicitor has been fully advised of the position in your brother's case and will be able to explain any points about which you are still concerned.
You are also aware that you or any other interested person may apply to the Court for a review of any aspect of the case, if you are so advised.
J P STOCKTON
