Re: Eileen Wright
We refer to our Mr. Madden's attendance on you yesterday morning.
We did indeed receive your letter of 26 September which was brought to our Mr. Madden's attention when he returned to the office yesterday morning.
We thank you for the documents and confirm receipt of:
1. The Report of the Official Solicitor dated 30/1/84.
2. Second Report of the Official Solicitor dated 2/12/85.
3. A file of papers entitled "In the matter of Frederick Andrews copy documents for reference".
We note that you are prepared to let us see any papers in the case and we are grateful for this, since we see no other way of advising Mrs. Wright properly unless the documents are provided to us.
We would be obliged if you would let us know when we can see the documents which are currently with your cost drawer. We would propose to inspect the documents at Mrs. Boyle's premises for your convenience.
Incidentally, we would be obliged if you would let us know what costs are being drawn at the moment and who is reasponsible for payment of the costs in question.
Please let us know when we can inspect all the papers in the case and perhaps when replying you would address the contents of our letter of 27 September.
