Dear Mr. Simpson,
I would appreciate a reply to my letter of the 5th September 1987, pertaining to the illegal takeover of my brother's Smithfield properties while he was in the Care of the Court.
Why was the family forced to sit through Court hearings when the Judge was not made conversant with the true facts?
We must be allowed to discuss openly every aspect of all illegal sales with some responsible and compassionate person who is familiar with the Mental Health Act and who is not afraid to protect the rights of a mental patient.
Is it not now apparent to the Courts that our nine year fight was to make sure my father's wishes for his son were protected? We were available at all times to assist in this goal.
(Mrs) Eileen Wright.
