My letter to solicitor P. Drinan dated 12.8.2001.

Dear Padraigin,
I enclose parts of the late Detective M. Patterson's investigations. Jim Fitzpatrick is posting me a copy of the one I gave him when he called at my house.
It would save you a lot of work, Padraigin, if the Chief Constable would supply you with the findings of Mervyn's investigations. Mervyn's hold-all was taken from his home without his authority. It contained our case and one concerning the Army Catering Corps.
Brian Hall had a meeting with Mervyn but he refused him the right to speak in Court. He did the same with the family. He spent his time writing to our solicitors, phoning them and silencing them along with the RUC and DPP. He also silenced MPs and estate agents. He could be like Jeffrey Archer (he has the same authoritative attitude and imagination) and write a few best sellers. All his long-winded letters appeared to be in defence of those criminally involved and against an honourable Fraud Squad Officer who had spent over 20 years in the RUC. He probably was the only honest one. It is obvious that we do need a few nore like him.
I can't understand the mentality of those who engage Estate Agents to value property stolen From Freddie years ago. What could this prove?

[There is more to this letter and I will add it on when I get my hands on it.]
